“我在這裡居住了10晚，中間去了一趟大峽谷，從大峽谷回來後又住了兩晚。 前9晚住的十分舒適，也很開心地使用房內的廚房設備，以及飯店的泳池、健身房。 然而，在最後一晚，由於飯店內施工，導致晚上十一點至隔天凌晨五點停水，完全沒有水可用。服務人員很貼心的送上幾瓶礦泉水應急。這對我來說十分困擾，因為我非常注重睡前先洗澡，但卻意外遇上這場停水，只好硬著頭皮先睡，隔天再起床洗澡。雖然業者已經很有誠意的處理這個問題，但我認為應該要提前公告，寄個email或貼個紙條在門口也好，而不是等到我發現沒水了，打去櫃檯問才知道停水。 在離開Scottsdale前遇到這種事，對於整體的住宿體驗大大扣分。但或許只是我運氣不好遇到吧？下次若要到訪此地，會再審慎考慮是否要住這間。”

“We stayed for two nights/one day at the Phoenician with our 4 and 6 yo kids. The reason my overall rating is not excellent is because the splash pad, waterslide and whirlpools were all broken the day we were there. The splash pads and whirlpools did get going midafternoon, but the waterslide remained out of order. The games room was available and we played some foosball, pool and air hockey, but two of the 4 arcade games were out of order. When travelling with two young kids....what else are you……

“This was my 3rd time to this resort. First time experiencing "Fairmont Gold". It was such an elevated experience. I highly recommend upgrading to or booking gold. You will not regret it. So many added benefits and ammenties!!”

“Great property! Impressed with entrance, happy hour food selection. Breakfast selection was excellent. The courtyard and pool area was exceptional. The halls dared and the carpets were old. Walking to room a couple room doors appeared to have been damaged dur to possible attempts to get in. Our room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was great. At checkout, we got hit with a resort fee that was unexpected from charges on hotels.com. If not for that hidden……

“Beautiful property on the lake. Incredible sunsets from the room balcony! We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant on the lake and both meals were fantastic. Geese and ducks are so adorable on the property. Great for kids if they like to feed the ducks. ”

“I had a wonderful stay at Senna House while traveling solo for my birthday. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. My room was spotless and beautifully furnished, which added to the overall experience. The only downside was the noise from the nearby clubs, which caused some disruption to my sleep on the last night due to the commotion outside my window. Despite this, I truly enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to others!”
