“Loved the location, decor, etc. Definitely is a "rehab to rent" upgrade on the house; they could at least take off the stickers from the windows and appliances. There was an issue with the water heater, but the host replied quickly with a solution. All in all was a very nice stay.”

“Over all it was a good experience. We were with our family and all had our own space. The way the home was set up was different but still a good experience. There was a cute large picture on the wall in the first room that kept unsticking from the wall so we had to keep fixing it. The guests before us hid all the dirty towles and trash in the basement so we cleaned up after them as well. We definitely tried to leave it better then we got it. But all in all we were grateful they let us check in……

“You couldn’t even get to the house because of all the construction on the roads leading to the house on both ends. This house was very hot there was about six air conditioners running hot.It is not a true six bedrooms it is two separate three bedrooms and the other three you have to go outside around the side of the house to a separate unit. The area was horrible there was visible drugs transaction going on in front across the street . You don’t want to put your family around that .The railing……

“We enjoyèd the comfort of this clean, spacious, bright and airy house. It's located close to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighbors were friedly with a club across the street & a dougnut shop within walking distance, with the best beignets. “Good location. It is in an older, but conveniently located NOLA residential neighborhood. The house is a traditional double shotgun style, common in uptown NOLA. It is similar to the houses my wife and I grew up in. It was clean and well furnished. AC, etc all worked well. We had no problem parking all week right in front of the home. The owner lives in an apartment behind the rental and his sister lives on the other side of the double. ”

“Loved the neighborhood.Good food and coffee shops within walking distance or just minutes away. Private parking right in front of the house. Easy drive, or Lyft to most of the sights and the French quarter. House was spacious and had great air-conditioning. House was super clean and the beds were comfortable. We forgot a personal item and the host' went out of their way to ship it to us. You couldn't be in better hands.”
