Its a very bad experience, Do not book this hotel!
The location of this hotel is very far from the city center of phfos (90 mins bus). We arrive the hotel at around 8 pm and the reception said there is no room available in the hotel. The reception said there is a room nearby and provide us only one return taxi for it but did not give us the detail location of the new allocated room. It takes 45 mins taxi up the hill to the new room. When we arrived the new room, it is not a hotel,just a normal apartment hold by other company and do not have any facility offered as the hotel. We required for a taxi for returning to the hotel, however, the reception do not agree to pay for it and response very badly and impolite. The reception said there is no a system to stop people booking the hotel even the rooms are fully booked. I really do not understand how this would be work since it is impossible and unbelievable. This experience is really bad, and i hope others do not book this hotel.

Avoid at all costs!
You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. The entire resort stinks of sewage. The room smelled of mildew and mould, so much so that it affected our breathing. The shower curtain was also mouldy. The children's park was a hazard! Curtains didn't reach the end of the windows as they were falling down. The pool was okay…but the posters all around saying if you leave your towel out they will remove it and not return your property seemed like overkill. This poster was even stuck to our dining table. We checked out before we even stayed the night.

Unterkunft relativ abgelegen. Fußweg Strand 15min , Fußweg Innenstadt 30minuten. Rezeptionisten an Unfreundlichkeit kaum zu überbieten , der Rest des Personals ist jedoch bemüht das beste draus zu machen. Im gesamten entspricht es jedoch der Preis/Leistung. Nochmal hingehen würden wir aber nicht mehr.

Apparthotel fonctionnel, pas cher et concordant avec le prix mais notre micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas. Le personnel est plus ou moins agréable en fonction des personnes. Ménage fait tous les jours. Terrain de sport / tennis en mauvais état et raquettes cassées. Mais permet de s’amuser en faisant quelques échanges de balles. Très belle vue de l’hôtel. Peut être y a t-il des discriminations au sein de cet établissement.

Moldy, run down & disappointing.
If you are looking for a cheap and rundown hotel for your holiday, here you have it. This hotel has mold in so many places - our toilet, the pool area. Look around and you’ll find it. Our room had exposed electrical cables, exposed water tubes and the furniture needed an upgrade to so many degrees. The jacuzzi water was deeply dirty. The indoor pool was cold. The outside pool was missing tiles (imagine cutting yourself there?). Just a weird, run down place overall. The staff is nice though, and when we had problems with the flushing in our toilet, they promptly gave us access to another toilet. They didn’t seem too pleased that we complained, however. Looking back, I would rather have paid more just to be in a better hotel.

The hotel is very good and cozy, it just needs a good manager, who can renovate, paint and repair all the equipment that wears out over time. Our accommodation was great and I would like to thank Cristina and Dimitri for helping and replacing the room safe and the burnt out light bulbs. I think anyone looking for a 5-star hotel should go to one, this is not a 5-star hotel, but for the cost-benefit it was worth staying here and I would definitely go back.
