“The condo is in Brian Wood right in the center of Brian Head with easy access to the sky lifts, Georg's, and the very few restaurants in town. One item I did not see is that the condo is on the third floor and there are no elevators which makes it difficult for older people or if you have a lot of gear you need to take up and down the stairs every day. We rented in the summer and the price for the 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was great. The condo is older and has 1980s decorations, is quite worn but……

“Cute spacious condo in a great location. Place was clean and well stocked. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals and I really appreciated that. “We had the best stay at this property. The weather started cold and snowy, and this was the perfect cozy basecamp for getting out and exploring Southern Utah! My wife's extended family used to have a unit in the other building in the complex, and we would visit at least once a year. “This is a very spacious unit that is perfect for large family gatherings. The huge sectional in the family room sat us all (6 adults, 4 children) comfortably, as did the dining room table. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the kids loved the loft area. “We loved this place! The full kitchen made it perfect to fix our own meals before snowboarding and after. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was good size for 4 people to share, the couches were perfect for our kids, we will be back! Perfect little jacuzzi to relax after snowboarding.
