The property is very nice, there is a big swimming pool and the kid enjoyed it a lot. Yet there was a huge communicational problem and I think the owner should consider give some trainings to their stuff.
When I texted the hotel no. for arranging pick-up service, I told them to arrange tuktuk at the first place but they missed this message and arranged a car. When we tried to discuss about the price, all of the staff came and rudely asked us to pay more than we chose. They even said to call the police. The kid felt so scared by their attitude. After this, they were not allowed to check in earlier even the room was available. When I made an international phone call, the girl (who claimed to be the manager) kept repeating "it is your problem. It is your choice. You didn't pay" for at least one minute without allowing me to say a word. Then I had to say "I have listened patiently for one minute. Can I talk now? Can I speak?" Then I explained the entire situation and screepcapture the message I sent them initially. They finally understood it was their mistake and offered early checkin and free ride to the beach.
The total experience was kind of bad, especially when we travelled with kid. If the hotel tried to comfort the guest, it would show that they care us, but they trapped the kid in the reception even there was a room to check in. 2) the staff dont value the guests. When problem arrives, they dont help and not even allow you to speak at first.
