This access is just west of the southern end of the street. You have fast and better access to the famous 30A beach road that accounts for many of our upscale beach communities in the area, such as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, WaterColor and more. You’re just a few minutes away from Lake Powell, which has been a great source for kayakers and taking out the paddle board and fishing. There are nearby public boat ramps, shopping, dining, grocery, drug stores, banking, coffee house, medical facilities, beach stores, outdoor concert/green space areas and more. Publix anchored Ocean Park Pavilion shopping center almost across the street offers a variety other very convenient dining and retail establishments "near home". You will find Popular Pier Park and much, much more is only 7 miles east with the Panama City Beach airport is only 17 miles away.
Beach Access: Bay County Public Beach Access 95 is the closest beach access point to this home. It’s about a 5 to 6-minute walk.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
Trash days for this unit are Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please take the trash out to the road the night before pickup. Return the trash bin afterwards, as trash cans must remain in the garage when it isn’t a trash collection day. The HOA fines $100 for bins left out. This fine will be passed on to renters if the fine is given during their dates of stay.
