After the kids call dibs on which of the bunks they want, open your sliding glass doors to your lakefront, covered balcony and take a seat in on the cushy sectional while you consider what to do first. You’re steps away from the beach with Laketown Warf’s two beach access areas, restaurants, bars, shopping, mini-golf, and more. One of the complex’s five shared pools or the two shared hot tubs might make for a good first stop too. After a day of exploring, if you’re making dinner at home, the well-equipped kitchen makes it easy. The chef can take advantage of all the appliances and plenty of counter space for prep while the gang chills on the sofa in the adjacent living room or supervises from one of the barstools at the breakfast bar. There’s a cozy table for four when it’s time to eat, or take your meal back outside to the balcony and watch the nightly light show at 8 PM. Later, settle in on the sofa for family game night and some TV on the flatscreen before calling it a day. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
