“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“C’est un hôtel qui propose des appartements, assez proche du centre ville. Nous y avons passé 1 nuit en escale et tout s’est bien passé. Les plus : personnel sympathique, parking fermé gratuit, climatisation, appartement très spacieux, Aldi juste à côté pour faire quelques courses pour le petit dejeuner, pas trop loin du centre historique (20 mn à pied ?) Les moins : strict minimum dans l’appartement un peu vieillot (pas de café ni torchon ni produit vaisselle…), matelas très très durs (mais……

“Walk across the street to a good supermarket and tasty asian restaurant even closer. Excellent staff and facilities, very comfortable beds and modern showers etc.”

“Amazing location, staff and room. One tiny annoying thing was sensor-light in the bathroom, so it turns off after 2 mins when you are taking a shower. Only reason why it is not a perfect score.”

“This property had everything we needed for our quick visit to Verona. It was walkable from the train station and there was a nice bakery a short walk away where we were able to get breakfast. We especially enjoyed the coffee machine (Keurig style) complete with pods so we could have a coffee before leaving our room in the morning!”
