Emerson State park 1 mile away on island. Bradenton 10 minutes, Sarasota 20 minutes, St. Petersburg 30 minutes away.

Teton Trailer near the water
The Teton trailer suited out travel adventure well. It was nearby to Bradenton, where we watched Spring Training baseball (Go Pirates!), and also near to Tampa/St. Pete, where we explored a bit. We loved the Tiki bar on site, and saw some great sunsets there and at the nearby Emerson Point Preserve.

A short walk to a great view up and down the Manatee River and a partial view of the river from the door of the trailer. We had a small dog and the entire property was very pet friendly. There were 3 other rentals on this large property and at least 2 had larger dogs. It’s very close to Emerson Point Preserve and the property is towards the far end of the main road so very little traffic. Owners made us feel very welcome.

We enjoyed our stay here. The camper was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable. Bev and Len were very nice and personable. They are in the middle of redoing their dock so we didn't get to spend much time there, but it was definitely a nice relaxing time!!

We decided to book a quick trip to FL at the last minute, everything this time of year was book, except I came across this 40 5th wheel trailer on a VRBO site. It was nice and allowed us to bring our Black Lab dog. The trailer could of used a good power washing on the outside but the inside was clean and accommodating for our 1 week stay. It is close to a wildlife preserve and the water and fishing dock. We enjoyed our stay and the land owner was very friendly.

Nice place to play and work
We were looking for a place that was dog friendly that we could stay in the Bradenton area. The Teton camper worked out perfectly for the wife and I to stay for a couple weeks with our two dogs. There was plenty of room to take them outside. We also enjoyed the dock for a little weekend fishing and kayaking.

Beautiful property that is close to everything, but away from it all. Your in your own little world out on the island. The owners are on site and are wonderful people. I would definitely stay there again.
