"Apartment is very nice, spotlessly clean with outside space front and back. Sofa bed was very comfortable with a good mattress. Pool was nice and had a lifeguard on duty at the times specified. 5 min walk from the famous Spiaggia La Pelosa, just remember to bring Straw Mat or Microfibre Towel. Only negatives, quite noisy from adjoining apartments, no soundproofing and the area outside property is very run down, lots unfinished construction sites."

"This was such a wonderful place to stay... Tucked in a beautiful countryside, within an Olive Grove, but just minutes outside of the City limits. Our Host, Nicola was incredible!!! Most excellent directions to accurately find our lodging, and he was so warm and inviting... lots of suggestions and recommendations that were spot on!! The pool and grounds were gorgeous!! Located just minutes away from the center of Alghero, it offers a great position for anyone looking for peace and quiet while still being very close to the city. The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Daniela and Gianfranco are very welcoming hosts. I will fondly reminisce about the wonderful time I had at the Xiprer house during my dull and grim winter!"

"Literally in Alghero town centre, very comfortable flat with all the necessary to spend a relaxing holiday with my family. Everything has been handed in spotless condition. Despite the high temperature experienced in July, we had two aircons to make the environment nice and fresh. Alghero is beautiful and the vibes are unforgettable.
