“We had an amazing time at this villa for my hen party. There were 9 of us in total and we had more than enough space in the bedrooms, communal areas, bathrooms etc. The heated pool was great (definitely needed for our March stay) The location was also perfect; a short walk to the beach, about 10-15 mins in Uber to the airport and the city centre. Margalida was really helpful before and during our stay. I would recommend this villa to everyone ”

“De villa bestaat uit twee gebouwen. De 3 persoons slaapkamer zit appart van de andere kamers. De kamers zijn prima, alleen het feit dat er geen airco is, is bijna afschrikkend. Het hele bed volzweten en de volgende dag weer in dat zelfde bed zwemmen is niet heel hygiënisch. De reden dat deze villa bijzonder maakt is de tuin, die onwijz groot is met genoeg ligplek. Wel wordt je 24/7 bekeken door bovenstaande appartementen. De plek is voor jongeren heel goed aangezien de bierkönig er terreliik……

“Wir wurden herzlich von den Eigentümern trotz später Ankunft 23:30Uhr empfangen. Die Villa ist gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Spielplatz für ganz kleine Gäste, einen Volly-Fußballplatz, einen Tennisplatz, Wäscheplatz uns. Aktivitäten ihr müsst Sie selber sehen Es ist einfach fantastisch. Wir bedanken uns von ganzem Herzen dort gewesen zu sein. Wir wünschen euch alles erdenklich Gute.”

“Wir waren zu fünft für eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Anwesen (2 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager). Das Haus ist mehr als beeindruckend. Es lässt erahnen, wie die Schönen und Reichen um die Jahrhundertwende in Palma gelebt haben. Hier wurden sicher rauschende Feste gefeiert und Susana kann von ihrem Elternhaus auch die eine oder andere Anekdote über die prominenten Gäste erzählen, die dort schon ein und aus gegangen sind. Die Unterkunft ist absolut fantastisch – stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom wunderschönen Garten mit Pool – eine echte Oase der Ruhe. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch nah zum Stadtzentrum und zum Hafen. “The villa and the pool was good, and the location just 100m from the beach was perfect. Unfortunately the aircondition was very under dimensioned. The description said aircondition, but there was only aircon in the sitting room and in the master bedroom. The price for this villa was so high, that we expected aircon in all 6 bedrooms, compared to other villas we have rented. The result was, that people on first floor had to move their madresses down to the sitting room, to be able to sleep, and……

“A fantastic hotel and central base for Palma. My sister in law and I absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Having a desk allowed us to arrive early and leave our bags. The staff made sure we had all we needed and remained helpful throughout our trip. Nice staff, not so much for the hotel itself.

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys. 5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room. 6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough. 7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front) 8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
