“It is a great place to stay. You have views of the ocean and all kinds of things to do within walking distance. It is very clean and everyone is extremely nice. Love this place and keep coming back ”

“My room gave me the sense that I was on vacation on a tropical island. The neighborhood is hard to beat. So charming and quiet and yet so close to all the restaurants and shopping. Having that passageway on Florida Avenue is a huge plus. Makes it so easy to get around. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and I just fell in love with the Casa Grandview alleyway. It's a beautiful gem of a neighborhood. ”

“Great location between everything that is literally 10-15 miles and less to see. Dwight and Parisa offered to take me to the store and were so kind. The little apartment is exactly as pictured and was actually bigger than i was expecting - perfect directions on activities and operating tv and a/c - this would be my first pick again when here and i will definitely tell all my friends about this hiddem GEM!!!”

Might be nice to review amenities and policies in advance if you have a short stay. By the time I had the lay of the land, it was sadly time to check out! 10 outta 10!”

“We had the best time staying at this property. The host is so good nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Chris for a great stay.The property is really roomy with off street parking. There is every kitchen appliance you need to ensure a great time. Bed is comfy and huge couch and flat screen Tv if you want to stay in.. lovely garden with lots of seating to enjoy coffee in the morning or anytime. I fully recommend this great property with a great host. Lots to do in the area the beach and bars and……

“Property has seriously compromised flight of stairs up to unit...very UNSAFE! Arrived to a unit that was totally disgusting, was not cleaned from whomever was there before us. Long black hair was everywhere!!! Shower drain even was clogged with it! All linens were dirty, bed unmade, stacked dirty dishes filled the sink (both sides) spoiled food in the refrigerator. When we were finally able to reach the "host" they were very unfriendly and threatening telling us to go find another unit……
