The large Smart TV features cable service and apps.  The dining table is located close to the BBQ for those who like to grill!  The kitchen features new counter-tops, new appliances and a beautiful breakfast counter.   The patio features 3 burner BBQ, Fire-Pit, and two chaises for catching rays!

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Main Bedroom features a king bed, large closet, ceiling fan, 42in smart TV, and views of the golf course!  The Guest Bedroom features a queen bed, closet, ceiling fan and a half bath.

OUTDOORS
The patio is accessible from the living and master bedroom and provides endless views of the desert skies.  The outdoor firepit is perfect for cozying up during the colder months and enjoying a glass of wine with friends or family.  Enjoy catching sun and the views in the chaise lounge chairs! The community pool is just across the street ad to the right from the front of the unit. Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a regulation 18 hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and Clubhouse. Membership is required to use Tennis and Pickleball courts.
