This was a good hotel. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good, everything worked, there was adequate (free) parking, and there was nice outdoor space with two pools and firepits with chairs around them for cool nights. There is also a paid washer and dryer if you want to do laundry.
The hotel is very close to Palm Canyon Drive, the main drag with restaurants and shopping. It’s at the north end of the shopping/restaurant area.
There are a few things people should be aware of. The hotel does not service the rooms unless requested. So, if you expect to come back to the room each day to a made bed and fresh towels, that only happens if you request the room be serviced. You may want to bring a bar of soap or body wash for the shower. The hotel only provides a small bar for hand washing. The hotel office closes at midnight. If you get in late and won’t get to the hotel until after midnight, that could be a problem. We got back to the room one night at 12:20 AM and the room key didn’t work. Went to the office to get the key reprogrammed and imagine my surprise that it was closed. Luckily my wife, who typically goes out with empty pockets, had her key with her. Otherwise, we may have been sleeping in the car.
Overall, it was a good stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
