Security cameras are in use - located outside only (entrance, driveway, swimming pool equipment only).
Pets are NOT allowed ($200+ extra cleaning charges will apply), smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the house, garage or the pool area ($500+extra cleaning charges will apply) Smoking outside is allowed as long it's away from the open windows or doors - Please dispose of your smoking remnants responsibly, do not throw cigarette butts on a ground

POOL HEATING RULES: solar heater is on all year long - specific temperatures are not guaranteed - it can be electric heated for an additional $30.00 per day (paid in advance), pool heater pump will be turned on 24 hours and set up for 87F. Please contact the host directly at least 2 days in advance to ensure pool heating during your stay also for the electric heater to be on the temperatures outside must be above 50F, no guarantee of the specific temperatures, especially in the cooler weather, the pool is not covered. This place is perfect for a gateway with family and/or friends for relaxing atmosphere and some fun!!
