The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available.
The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace where the solar lights create a lovely atmosphere. The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool and the gardens of the beautiful residence.
The holiday home is located in a quiet urbanization, and only 10 minutes away from the beach, a pharmacy and a supermarket.

The property is equipped with photo detectors linked to the alarm system. These detectors capture pictures only if the alarm is activated. However, when guests are staying in the flat, the alarm system is always deactivated to ensure their privacy.
