“We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay at the Ranch. The friendliest duo Shadow and Bootsy greeted us as we pulled up to the barn. Wonderful donkeys and goats just loved to get food and treats. Shadow the gorgeous farm dog took us down the road to our stay and Bootsy the fabulous farm Pig was not far behind. The fixed house clean modern farm style with a boho twist draws you in. The places is teeming was positive energy and life that just filled our hearts with joy. The views from the……

“We were in town for the F1 race in Austin and this was a perfect location for that event. Very little traffic no matter what time we traveled there. The house is in a great location along the Colorado River with gorgeous sunrise view. Owners have made sure that you’ll have everything you need for a great stay!”

“This is a most unique property and we loved it! It appears to be a renovated old hunting lodge. We were three families and it easily accommodated us. Robert was helpful and easy-going. The house itself is pretty big with a 2 acre lake in the back and feeding stations - we were treated to raccoons and deer at night. The furnishings were out of your great grandparents antique store and comfortable. The master bedroom is massive with a fireplace. The kitchen is more than adequate and the living……

“My wife and I like to stay out away from Bryan/College Station when attending TAMU football games to avoid the traffic and crowds. The Cottage is in a nice location in the country. Great views f4om the front porch. Super clean and a really comfortable bed. Also, the owners are a pleasure to deal with. We will be back next season.”

“It’s a lovely spot to unwind and disconnect. The property was impeccably clean, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. It’s a bit of a drive from Austin, so Bastrop is the best place for food or groceries. There’s no Wi-Fi, making it an ideal retreat from reality. The only downside was that during our stay we heard some loud music from a nearby bar, which was audible from the cabana. It was manageable, but light sleepers might find it a bit disruptive. Thank you for the cookies! ”

“The property is nestled beside a small lake, with a great deck with incredible views of the lake. Very comfortable and cozy bedroom. We made all of our meals there for a group of 4 adults. Beautiful place to get away and chill.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The house and the grounds are beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes... we were able to stay in and cook all our meals there. The smores welcome pack was awesome. We spent most, if not all, of our nights around the fire pit just enjoying nature and lots of smores. There is a huge bathtub in the master bath, my 5 year old niece enjoyed her nightly "swim" (and the tub was never more than half full). We had six people total and had to let the water……
