“Beautiful secluded Cabin getaway for our family Thanksgiving retreat! The place was cozy and clean! Host was very responsive and accommodating for us. Features of open kitchen allowed for all of us to cook, eat and relax together. Bedrooms allowed for privacy and extremely comfortable. Bathrooms both were clean and great water temp and pressure when showering. TV and wireless worked well also. Hot tub was an added bonus that really allowed for us to all chill especially with the cold snow and……

“The hosts Tom and Haley were accessible and responsive. We enjoyed the fire pit with smores on a starry evening, hot tub in snow showers and the garage game room kept the kids busy when weather didn't cooperate. The hosts even had the home decorated for the season, which was a very nice touch. We enjoyed breakfast at the Cathedral Cafe (highly recommend) followed by a calorie burning hike in the snow at the Endless Wall trail of New River Gorge Park. “We’ve stayed there two years in a row to celebrate Thanksgiving with friends. The kitchen is perfect for cooking large meals and well stocked with cooking equipment. The dining room table is placed in front of a row of windows that provide a lovely view of woods. We love the back porch which looks out over woods and large grassy areas. We saw lots of deer. The bedrooms are simple but warm, with the perfect amount of hooks and drawers to easily unpack. The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms are……

“Very convenient to park and activities. I enjoyed biking the greenway in Oak Hill and walking to Cafe One Ten for dinner. Quiet, safe area away from tourists but close enough to get to all the hikes and rafting.”
