「Too nioisy to sleep at night especially at Friday night or weekend」

「I didn't like that there were only 2 of 4 adult channels that were functional. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.」

「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」

「This is a very old family hotel with outdated equipment. Although it allows me to imagine that era, I still hope that if the bedding can be replaced with modern ones, it will be worth recommending;」

「I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. 」

「We stayed at the Live Casino Hotel to attend a baseball game at Citizens Bank Park, which was an easy and safe walk from the hotel. The entire property was very clean, and it was a pleasant surprise that parking was so easy (and readily available)! The only downfall was that there was nothing close enough to entertain our teenaged son while we waited for the game. 」

Every staff member was attentive and pleasant. We especially appreciated the concierge who went out of his way to ensure that we had a good time」
