“The property was spotless! It's close to many sights on the central Oregon coast. Everything is a short drive in either north or south on Highway 101. It's perfect for two couples as it has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Plenty of stores, restaurants and shops within a short walk. The deck on the first floor was perfect for watching the ocean surf roll onto the beach below and for enjoying the sunset with a glass of your favorite beverage.”

“Took us quite a while to find the place. Had arguing neighbors the first night. Would pick a ground level next time. Our dog was afraid of the stairs and we are too old for them but we thought it was pretty good. Need to bring our own extra blanket. The towel for the dog was thoughtful but I had packed 2 old ones for her, just in case ”

“This was a great place to stay. We loved the view, how easily accessible the beach was, and having a kitchen to prep meals. We also loved that it was a very family friendly place, quiet and safe. We would stay here again. ”

“Location was great! Beds were comfy. The Kitchen living dining area was great for gathering with family. There is carpet in the upstairs bathroom which was not our favorite, but the water pressure and hot water were limitless, which was awesome! The on site hot tub is wonderful too and taken care of! The home was clean, but a bit dusty. My first impression was that it wasn’t as organized and as homey as some homes we’ve stayed in, but it was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the location……

“Extremely clean and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable. Good communication with the renters. I highly recommend this place.”

“When we arrived everything seemed fine until we tried to open or close the patio door. It was a major struggle either way. The floors looked fine until we took our shoes off and the floors were very sandy. We hadnt' been on the beach yet, so we swept it. There were 2 of us for 3 nights with only one bath towel. We were brought more once we contacted Vasaca. We found that there is no ice machine on site and no ice trays in the freezer. The only good thing about our room was the view and being……

“New bed that was the worst bed I have ever slept on. I actually wanted to leave. The pull out futon was dirty with dog hair, bedding smells like wet dog. Plug in by TV coffee pot was not working. So no not a good stay. Nebors dogs cried, people in hall were loud. You can hear everything outside the rooms. Someone was smoking outside by the doors. And someone on the patio was smoking on back patio. ”

“Our family loved staying at this very comfortable and spacious home. We appreciated how clean and beautiful it was, and only a few minutes walk to the beach! We were so grateful to be able to bring our doggie along too. Just an amazing retreat!! Appreciate the responsiveness of the property manager as well!”

“As described - retro, some things could be updated but it was fine :) Hosts/mgrs were excellent. Communication from booking to checking out excellent. Very pretty area and view- after a rain the windows need to be cleaned for a clearer view for sure -but that can’t be helped, can’t control the weather. Can hear the downstairs occupants clearly (especially if they have a dog(s) and if they are noisy or don’t care if they have someone above them it can get old real fast. Also if they park without……

“The view is beautiful. Could watch the ocean all day and many sitting places to select from. Beds are very comfortable and quiet here. Cannot wait to come back in the summer. You can drive on the beach, but beware. We watched several people get stuck in the sand with front wheel drive vehicles. The condo is just steps away from the beach. Wish we had more time. Hard to go home. Well stocked kitchen also with room for family games and meals. The best condo location in Lincoln City. ”

“We totally enjoyed our stay, loved watching the birds (especially the pelicans), and much appreciated having a corner unit with windows that gave us a panoramic view! Of the local attractions our favorites were Boiler Bay (near the Whale Watching Center in Depoe Bay) and the Siletz Bay 1-mile nature trail (go 5.8 miles south from the Sea Gypsy, then take poorly marked left turn opposite the Key Place turnoff). ”

Our teen daughters loved the cozy vibe and easy access to the beach. It was a treat to be within walking distance of great restaurants, which made exploring the area so convenient.
