The absolute best location!
This is an old home that is nicely decorated. It has a smart TV in the living room. Air conditioning units with remotes are in each room. It has just one bathroom, but each room has long mirrors and vanity mirrors. I could not find a hair dryer or an iron, just FYI. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee are provided, which is unusual and very appreciated! NOW, the most important part. LOCATION! You are across the street from the Square. It makes a busy weekend in Oxford more enjoyable when you are literally steps away from all the fun. It's only about a 15 minute walk to the football or baseball games, too. We loved this house!

Location location location
If you really want to enjoy the Ole Miss experience then this is the house to rent. We were one block from the Square and all the bars and restaurants and shops that we could just walk to. We left our car in the shared driveway all weekend and had the best time walking everywhere without the worry of finding parking spaces and getting hit. It was a very busy weekend for the Ole Miss Arkansas game as well as parent weekend versus several of the sorority fraternity houses. We had the best time at this house. It was quite comfortable, even though it wasn't anything fancy but then again who needs fancy on a football weekend in Oxford? The beds were really comfortable to sleep in and it was a very efficient house for our needs. And oh by the way, the hot water works really well and the AC is even better . We only have one bathroom for five people but we managed and it was quite a comfortable experience all in all.
