“We loved this little two bedroom apartment. It was easy to find, and very close to the Ark Encounter. The property manager was available and responded very quickly to a few minor things that came up. I would highly recommend this and will stay there again the next time we are in the area.”

“The rental was as advertised! GPS did take us to a different parking lot, but we easily navigated to the correct building based on unit number. The king bed was very comfortable and the entire rental was extremely clean!! Bathroom was a little small, but that is to be expected in a condo. There was plenty of parking. You could tell the neighborhood/complex was an older establishment when you drove up, but it was a nice part of town, and the area was quiet. The owners did a nice job on the inside……

“I chose this house as a gift for my 80 something parents and my granddaughter. The house was just as described. Very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and convenient to The Ark Encounter. The only slight negative that my Mother commented on was the fact there were no hangers available. The only very minor inconvenience. Thank you for sharing your home with us.”

“Roomie, clean, good spot for going to the ark. We really didn’t do much there was out most of day.”

“Overall for the money the place was decent. Unfortunately the WiFi only worked one day while there. I did communicate with the property manager that did their best to help us out with that. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy at night. We always came back before dark so no worries for us.”

“Pros: Unit was clean and had some intriguing appointments, like a remote control fan/light in the kitchen, very nice decorations in the den & bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Cons: Area is very rough looking. Unkempt houses surround the property. We got almost no sleep due to a couple of dumpster divers making a lot of noise while rustling through a construction dumpster across the street. A sheriff’s deputy eventually arrived and shooed them away around……

“Very easy to get around from this location to anywhere in the Frankfort area. Good parking, quiet neighborhood. As described, at a good price point. Comfortable bed, helpful to have the table under the TV to place personal items since bathroom is small.”

“We had a wonderful stay in the lovely Man O’War apartment in the beautiful historic House on Main. It’s a convenient location very close to the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Also very near Georgetown campus. Apartment was as depicted by the photos, with 2 large bedrooms, each with king bed, and 2 en-suite bathrooms. Small kitchen with full size stove and frig as well as coffee bar and adequately supplied with cookware. As with many older homes, the heating is not very even……

“I won’t lie, I was a little nervous about staying at a VRBO in Georgetown but I think we’ve found our new favorite place. The location is within walking distance of downtown shopping and just a hop skip from Dunkin’, which is a win in my book. The only “hiccup” we had was the locks - but Jon could see that and immediately called me to make sure we could get in to both the building and our room. We will be back!”

“My daughter came into town and we were looking for a horse country stay. This property could not have been any more perfect. The home itself was amazing - so well done with all the amenities and comfort we could ask for. It was a beautiful property with modern comfort, convenient to all things downtown. We cooked and watched movies some nights, went for walks downtown and ate at Rebeccas bakery or Favas some days OR when going out, we were only 15-20 minites away from anything. It was perfect!……
