The hotel didn’t offer complimentary breakfast, which we were fine with when we found out about, but given the rest of the experience it really added to our dislike of the hotel. The room was smaller than it looked in the postings, and cleaning staff never came to our room, which meant our towels were piling up over time and we weren’t receiving more. On top of that, the hotel was incredible noisy, and we heard noise from above us and in the hallway constantly, day and night. We ended up having to contact the front desk about getting new towels, which frankly, given everything else, was a little ridiculous. When it was finally time to check out, the elevators weren’t working and there were no luggage carts available, and staff were not helpful whatsoever when we asked how we could get them. We ended up having to make multiple trips up and down the stairs and had to go all the way around the place to get to the parking garage we were parked in. On top of all of this, we did not have it disclosed to us prior to our stay that we would have to either pay for parking or park 10 minutes away, or that we’d have to pay for internet if we wanted anything to load more than one website every hour. The hotel experience was honestly terrible, and it seems like the hotel was trying to milk every dime from us without actually having any luxuries included. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and we won’t be back.
