“All is good with this property except for the check-in process. We came in after dark and it was a big mistake. Hopefully the property mgmt updates the procedure so the instructions are inline with the signs and the direction of security officers. It was a nightmare but we got in. After that, everything was smooth and the place is nice to stay in. We enjoyed our time and would come back to stay. We love KC and nice to have a clean place to crash!”

“Location allows you to walk or take city tram to many places! Clean. Made a few minor suggestions to owner as to make little improvements for future stays, but overall would recommend this downtown place. Parking was gated and close to room. 1 bedroom with 2 Q beds. 1 full bath. Kitchen/Living room together. Perfect space for a couple or small family. Some minor apartment complex noises (footsteps above, people in halls talking or sometimes talking in next apartment) but overall, very……

“Over all a fine place to stay, it’s clean and felt safe. The beds were 9 out of 10 for hardness. The couch was the most uncomfortable couch ever made. Trust I tried all the couch made. The kitchen had all the kitchen things one would need to cook, The view and location is cool. If the owner up grades the beds and couch place would be perfect. ”

“We came to Kansas City to spend Thanksgiving with my husband‘s brother and his wife. We love the Plaza and the location was great. Having Pizza 51 just down the street and the Whole Foods market was also very convenient. We attended a Chiefs game on Friday and had many memorable and delicious meals. We were able to walk to the Capital Grille, Gram & Dun. Took an Uber to Union Station and ate at Pierpont’s. Walked to TaHa Mexican restaurant, which was excellent! The Penthouse was beautiful had……

“Nice space, a nice 100 year old home but had some good renovations to keep everything easy to use. We had both the upstairs and the downstairs units. 8 guys for a sports trip this place has everything you need, including a big driveway if you are bringing things for tailgating. Great location that was easy for transportation to and from everywhere. If I ever come back I would definitely consider staying there again. ”

“The condo/loft was close to everything. Just minutes away from the crown center and lots of restaurants. The stay was very comfortable. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We had one very minor issue that was quickly resolved by the property manager. We would definitely stay again and will highly recommend. ”

“We had a great experience staying here! Good location right next to the river market. The rail makes getting around convenient and easy. Apartment is clean and as advertised. The Italian restaurant across the street Anthony’s is a hidden gem. The owners and bar tenders gave us plenty of recommendations and the food and drinks were great. I would def recommend, but if you have kids those stairs would scare me a bit lol. Great time! Great host!”
