“Vila Balaia is an oasis of tranquility. We were 2 families that spent 6/4 nights there in March, and the experience was outstanding. Claudia was very friendly and accommodating with our early check-in, she bought us some bread, milk and oranges as a welcome gift, which was very appreciated. The beds are super comfortable, the bedrooms are quiet and dark and we all had super relaxing sleeps. There is not much to do by foot in the area, so a car is a must for day trips in the Algarve. “Stayed with my niece lovely hotel, excellent breakfast. Found room to be a bit small for 2. I also found buffet dining to be expensive. Our first night there was A Tuesday and they have live music on Tuesday until 10 pm. It was very loud and made sleeping impossible until music ended. Not my favorite aspect of a hotel.”

“Loction: nothing really around the hotel, so you really need a car if you stay in this hotel. Hotel facilities: The hotel has really nice pools, my kids love the kids pools very much but the water was way too cold ( We were there at end of June). Service: We need to pay 1 euro for each beach towel we borrow from the hotel, also need to pay 10 euros for the security safe in our room. For how nice the Portuguese are, the hotel receptions are really not that nice and friendly. There was only one……
