Marvellous Waterfront Two Bedroom Condo facing Parliament Hill and Ottawa River

This suite is located in the heart of Ottawa Gatineau Area, 10-min walk to Byward Market and 15- min walk to parliament hill. The stunning waterfront view of the suite would take your breath away. 1200 square feet and newly renovated kitchen, bathroom, all new floors (reengineering, ceramic and marble) are installed in the condo. All furnished bedrooms with bedframes (Sleep Country) and mattresses (Sealy and Beauty Beast). The beautiful Modern quartz dining table are accompanied with 3 bar stools . We just purchased a small wood round dining table with 3 wood dining chairs as well as three bar . The washroom has lavished with marble ceramic European Style wall and cream white frame mirror and cabinet. In the kitchen, there are plentiful closet spaces with under-counter white dishwasher and fridge as well as stove. The Island sofa also give a sleek look of the modern style, which enables to sleep 2 people.

Great waterview!
Very clean and nicely decorated. HUGE condo and amazing view of Ottawa & water. Beautiful park right next door. 30 minute walk to museum. A great location and owner was very accommodating.

Two couples stayed at the property to enjoy bluesfest in Ottawa for 4 days. It was an easy Uber to the festival, the market and Elgin (where we spent most of our time). Amy was a great host and really helped answer our questions upon arrival. Added bonus was the balcony view 😍

This property has a lot of good qualities and some things to note. View is absolutely amazing during the day and at night. We ended up not having a car so it was difficult to get around and there wasn’t much within walking distance. Big park out front was great and the condo clean. If you stay here you need a car do sure although Uber was great which we took everywhere.

Convenient location
This apartment was in the perfect location for our vacation. It is an easy 30 minute walk to Byward Market, museums, and Parliament. Amy was responsive when the information regarding access codes was incorrect and ensuring the smoke detector was installed. We would definitely stay here again!

High rise apartment with great views
The apartment was just as pictured with lots of light, clean updated kitchen, good shower and comfortable beds. The views from the 17th floor windows of the apartment were amazing. It was a good proximity to Ottawa bike trails, shopping and great restaurants. We really enjoyed our visit. Amy was great and very responsive to our questions. Thank you!

Was fine. Large apartment, beautiful views. Not sure if it is walking distance to byward market, we drove because of the smoke but google said 30 min walk. Would not recommend if you are sensitive to heat as there is no AC in rooms and they get very hot. Amy was overall a good host and very communicative.

Condo with a Beautiful View
The view from this upper floor condo was stunning! Could see lots of different watercraft on the Ottawa River and had a panoramic view of the city of Ottawa including Rideau Falls, Chateau Laurier and Parliament Hill. So many amazing things to do within walking distance! The air conditioning wasn't working (which was being fixed as we left) but the owner provided many fans to help. Overall the condo had everything we needed and it was a great place to stay.

Great location and view
Great location for seeing Ottawa and a short drive from the Spa Nordik in Chelsea. An older building but the suite is nicely updated. Beds were comfortable and the place is clean. Amy is a very attentive host, who met us at the unit and showed us the ins and outs of the parking. For people who are heat intolerant, the AC is an older unit that may struggle to keep up on very hot days. We opened the windows in the evening and a nice breeze cooled things down so this wasn’t a big deal for us in May. The place has an amazing view of parliament hill and the Ottawa river which was nice to wake up and look at while enjoying your coffee.

One of the best views in Ottawa
We found our stay to be just what we hoped. The condo was exactly as advertised and Amy Ng was extremely helpful. There is easy access to downtown Ottawa by two bridges that are close by and Museum of Civilization was with in walking distance. The park beside the building offered biking and walking paths. It was nice that we could open the windows and the balcony door to avoid using the air conditioning as the bright sun light warmed the apartment quickly.

Lovely!
Stunning views and amazing! Quiet location and suitable for year round visitors. I’d definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area. Close to Ottawa but a rental car or knowledge of the bus system is a must. You can see Parliament but not the noise of the city. Location is very clean and welcoming. Amy is wonderful!
