"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. There was no difficulty communicating with them at all. The accommodations were gorgeous. Very modern and clean with Japanese touches to it. Our villa had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and waking up to that view is something out of a dream. "We’re a group of 7 adults and 6 children ages 0-8 yrs old. We stayed there for 2 nights with no intention of exploring other places. So we were just there to cozy up for Christmas with the family. Pros. They set us up for 3 rooms but requested to have the 4th room opened and they accommodated us. There are 4 bedrooms with 3 beds and a sofa bed each. Very spacious and clean.
