Amazing property
Beautiful property with stunning garden and so many scenic places to relax in the sunshine. Very close to lovely swimming spots, and close enough to walk into Otranto. We had an amazing time staying at Gulias for the week, would highly recommend!

Amazing place right by the beach!
We loved our stay. This is a wonderful place right by a beautiful secluded beach (which was perfect for our 5yr old son (rocky pool, shallows). The house has a great outdoor space too. The host was BRILLIANT with excellent communication throughout our stay. Thank you.

Wonderful experience
Our group of 3 couples had the time of our lives at this charming house by the sea. Large living spaces, beautiful outdoor setting with garden and large lawn and a view to the sea. The beach was 2 steps away in a protective cove. Very gentle to swim in. We enjoyed exploring Otranto and surrounding area but it was nice just hanging out in our beautiful villa.

Schöne alte Villa mit großem lauschigen Garten und direktem Zugang zum Meer
Mein Mann, unsere zwei Pudel und ich haben die letzten zwei Wochen in dieser charmanten Villa verbracht. Die große Terrasse mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten lädt zum Verweilen ein, mit Sicht auf den Garten und das Meer. Am Ende des Gartens führt ein Tor direkt zum kleinen Sandstrand und auf die Klippen. Das Meer leuchtet in den Farben türkis bis dunkelblau, das Wasser ist kristallklar. Die Villa befindet sich in einem kleinen, abgeschlossenen Quartier, das durch ein automatisches Tor gesichert ist. Otranto ist nur wenige 100 m entfernt, ein Auto ist jedoch empfehlenswert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, jederzeit erreichbar für gute Tipps von Ausflugszielen/Restaurants oder wenn sonst etwas sein sollte. Ein wunderschöner Ort für erholsame Ferien!

Ehrwürdige schöne Villa mit wunderschönem Garten am türkisblauen Meer
Wir haben Ende Mai 2022 eine wunderbare Woche mit 2 kleinen Kindern und Familie hier verbracht. Wir suchten ein Haus ohne Pool mit großem Garten und Strandnähe und sind so auf Giulia‘s Haus gestoßen. Der kleine wunderschöne Sandstrand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben auch viel Zeit auf der schattigen Terrasse verbracht. Die schöne alte Villa ist stilvoll eingerichtet und die kleine funktionale Küche direkt angrenzend an der Terrasse. Giulia und ihre Familie waren stets und schnell erreichbar und wir bedanken uns für die schöne Woche in ihrer ehrwürdigen schönen Villa am türkisblauen Meer.

Maison idéale pour les vacances
Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette villa avec plage au fond du jardin, 2 couples avec 3 enfants dont 1 en bas âge. Les photos sont identiques à ce que nous avons découvert à notre arrivée, la propriétaire a été très rapide si nous avions des questions. La maison est très belle (les chambres climatisées), le jardin splendide et l'espace de vie extérieur très agréable, autant la journée que le soir. Je conseille vivement cette maison pour vos prochaines vacances dans cette région. Une voiture est nécessaire pour aller faire des courses ou aller visiter la ville d'Otrante.

Fantastic
When you want a fantastic house on a fantastic location with a huge garden 10 meters from a lovely beach you have to choose this one. We had a very warm welcome. We enjoyed it very much and when something was needed the owner was very helpful. You can walk from the premises to Otranto, a very lively beautiful town with nice bars and restaurants. We lived in the house with 8 adults.

Una vacanza indimenticabile!
Una vista eccezionale, si pranza circondati dalla natura, in assoluta pace, godendo di un panorama unico: un'infinita distesa di mare azzurro. Perfetta per i miei bambini, si accede ad una spiaggia semplicemente aprendo un piccolo cancello e percorrendo per pochi metri un sentiero, perfetto anche per mio marito che invece ama la pesca subacquea e gli scogli, ci sono anche quelli e sono stupendi. Abbiamo trascorso serate con gli amici, arrostendo pesce freschissimo sul barbecue in pietra, e ballato sulla grande veranda e nel giardino. E’ davvero un posto incredibile! Lo consiglio e spero di tornarci presto!

Bellissima villa con giardino e spiaggia di fronte
Consiglio a tutti, ma soprattutto a famiglie per la comodità della spiaggia bellissima accessibile dal cancello del giardino. Bellissima villa di fronte al mare con grande giardino e area esterna coperta per oziare e cenare all'aperto. Immobile pulitissimo e in ottimo stato, vicina al centro di Otranto (raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti) ma in un complesso di ville chiuso al pubblico e con accesso semi-privato a una spiaggia incantevole. Circondata dal verde. Bagni appena ristrutturati.

Amazing Holidays.
We spent an amazing holiday in Otranto. The villa is so charmimg and has a great position, the sea is in front of the garden and Otranto historic centre is 500mt far. Super.
