The Comfort Hotel was a wonderful stay. It was clean with an excellent location (Shinkansen) and an amazing staff. They also helped us with our luggage transfer and were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely stay again in this location.

Check-in was very efficient. Very nice self service corner offering welcome drink. The complimentary breakfast was refreshing especially the detox juice idea is impeccable. Location is only 5 minutes walk on passage near train tracks to Shin Osaka station. Although choices of restaurants nearby are limited. It's highly accessible and suitable for long distance train travel.
