THE LUMINOUS is situated in the prestigious area of Indian Creek estates. This modern villa enjoys the status of being on one of the closest residential community to the magical WALT DISNEY WORLD, just a five minute drive to the home of MICKEY MOUSE.

The 1900 Sq ft villa is ultra modern with all the latest technology and comforts of home. Pool and spa .

High chair, stroller, pack n play are provided

The main living room includes a 65' LED SMART TV with 100's of HD channels. Wi-Fi throughout the villa and pool areas at broadband speed - 10Mbs. Free unlimited calls to anywhere in the USA and CANADA.

Gourmet kitchen with top of the line brand new appliances. Dining room with seating for 8.

Two Master Suites with queen sized bed and king sized bed and LED TV with ensuite baths and walk-in closets.

2 other bedrooms include matching twin beds with LED TV.

All bathrooms are fully appointed. Private South facing pool after a long day of theme park hopping or golfing.

Second stay just as good as the first
It has been a couple of years since my family and I first stayed at this property and I'm happy to report that the house is just as nice as our previous visit. The shopping area near the house has grown nicely with several more dining options now within a short drive. Excellent stay all the way around and we are looking into staying here again later this year.

Great house for family vacation
We had a great stay at this property. It was in a great location for us to get to Disney and Universal parks. The booking and check in process was easy. The house was clean and welcoming upon arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals. It was great having the pool and hot tub to enjoy in the evenings. Only complaint is the 2 rooms with the twin beds were quite warm. Vents were open but it did not seem like there was good AC flow to those rooms. We did not bring it to management’s attention though so maybe there was something they could have done, plus it was high 90’s when we were there. Overall we were happy with the rental.

Amazing house and location
This house was beautiful! It had everything you could need and was so nicely decorated. The management was responsive. It was a perfect location for the parks. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 was because one night the sprinklers came on at 2am and water blasted against the window of the main bedroom - every 2 minutes for half an hour. It just woke me up and I couldn’t go back to sleep. I told the manager who was responsive and kind about it and said it would be fixed. However the next night at 11:15pm the same thing happened. It kept me up (husband was fine). I missed full night sleep twice which was unfortunate. I hope they fix it for the next renters. This should not stop you from renting this house. It was brilliant otherwise. Just if you get freaked out easily and it’s hard to go back to sleep maybe ask about the sprinklers.

We brought our 2 sons to Florida for a getaway. The property had what we needed. It was clean and having the pool heated was very nice. It seemed not to be chlorinated which was a nice bonus! Would definitely stay again!

Great spot to explore Disney and area. Kids loved the themed rooms. Having some toys and pool toys was a huge bonus. We didn’t need the stroller or carseat but also a huge bonus!

Very nice property
The property is very clean and comfortable and the management is very responsive. We had a small issue upon arrival and notified the management and is was taken care of the next day. We had the heat added for the pool/hot tub and really enjoyed them as is was cool out when we were there and the pool temp was perfect! We’ve rented in this neighborhood before from the same owners and are very happy with there properties and there attentiveness to issues that can arise! I would definitely recommend this property! We are going back in February but unfortunately this property was booked so we are staying in another one of their properties. Thanks so much for sharing your home we had a great relaxing time!

Great friends vacay
My 2 friends and I stayed at the property for a whole week. It was great. Close to shopping, various restaurants and grocery stores. We went for relaxation and that’s what we got. The property it self was clean when we arrived, the property manager was very quick to reply to us with a very small issue. All I would suggest is maybe few new pots and few extra towels and facecloths. We will definitely come back again.

Wonderful home
This home is as close to perfect as it gets. Everything is updated, clean and well equipped. The pool is great and it’s warm, you can walk right in without having to get used to it. Would definitely stay here again.
