- Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. The unit will be professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in, with clean sheets and towels provided. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
- This house is self-catering, so we recommend a visit to the nearest supermarket for additional personal toiletries and meals. Florida law prohibits leaving open food in refrigerators or kitchen closets, so food items are removed after guests check out. Condiments and coffee powder are not provided before check-in.
