Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on the premises, there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.
As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool or spa heat being turned on.
In lieu of security deposits, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $100 covers up to $1250 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
