I do not understand how this hotel has a good rating. The only two things this property has going for it, is its convenient location to every thing, and the young super nice and welcoming receptionist. I don’t remember her name, but she was so nice and friendly when I checked in. After checking in, that’s when everything went down hill. This property needs to be condemned, and housekeeping needs to be retrained on how to properly clean a room. My room looked cleaned, but it was not. The bathroom had brownish blonde hairs on the floor still, the tub had marks in it, the ceiling over one of the beds has old stains on it, you can hear the person above you walk around their room, and the person in the next room flush their toilet. But my biggest problem I had with my room, is the shower wall had black mold growing in the cracks of the tile! Yes BLACK MOLD!! Then when I went to eat breakfast, this Mexican woman hounded me for my meal ticket, like I was someone coming in off the street. Dude chill out. Their breakfast consisted of “scrambled” eggs, pork sausage links that needed to be cooked a lot longer as they were extremely pale, pork sausage patties that were dry and over cooked, white or wheat bread for toast, dry cheap looking pastries, batter for waffles, they did have a machine for pancakes but it was broken, and a light version of yogurt. I did have interaction with the owner or head manager, but he was very cold and racist against African Americans. I do not recommend!
