Disappointing Experience Due to Maintenance Issues on October 17,2024. I recently stayed at this hotel and faced significant issues with my room that left me quite frustrated. The floor was leaking every time I used the shower, causing water to accumulate in the common area outside the bathroom. This posed a safety concern and made my stay uncomfortable.
I extended my stay for another day, hoping to resolve the issue. When I approached the front desk supervisor, Misha, about changing rooms due to the unsafe conditions, I was met with a lack of empathy and a dismissive attitude. Instead of offering a solution, she informed me that maintenance would need to assess the problem but did not seem to care about my concerns.
Maintenance did come by, but they only confirmed that the leak was indeed coming from my room, which was not reassuring. I felt that I should have been allowed to switch rooms immediately instead of being told to wait four hours for a resolution. This delay was unacceptable, especially after traveling such a long distance.
Overall, the lack of customer service and the maintenance issues significantly impacted my experience. I expected better from this hotel, and it’s disappointing that I had to deal with such a frustrating situation during my stay.
