2) INTERNET DETAIL: 100mbps speed Wi-Fi. (wireless speeds may vary)

3) NOT PET FRIENDLY - In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.

4) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings, baby items rental. Please check prices and availability.

5) COMMUNITY BBQ RENTAL : The use of the BBQ areas will be available by reservation only. Each reservation is permitted for a maximum of five (5) hours either from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. There is a ten (10) person guest limit per area. All reservations must be secured with a $50 refundable cash deposit. If the checked-out keys are not returned by the end of your reservation time (by 3 p.m. or 10 p.m.), your $50 security deposit will be forfeited. Additionally, a $50 (cash only) cleaning fee is required. The cleaning fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the start of the reservation. Guests will be given two trash bags and are responsible for taking the trash to the dumpster.

6) MANICURE & PEDICURE: The community is offering manicure & pedicure services, please visit the West Lucaya Clubhouse front desk to check prices, availability and appointments.

8) MAILING INFO: Please note that this property is a Vacation Home, and as such it does not have a mailbox to receive mail. However, you do have the option to send packages to my management company's office, ask for more details.

9) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we’ll do our very best to remedy the situation.

10)Guests must provide an email in order to receive the host communication as such as the contract for signature and the check in instructions.

11) Important Notice Regarding Security Cameras: For the safety and security of the property and our guests, please be aware that there are surveillance cameras located on the premises.
A front door camera to monitor the entrance area. One camera positioned at the back of the property. These cameras are active only in public outdoor areas and do not monitor private spaces such as the interior of the home or the pool area. They are used solely for security and safety reasons.


12) The resort's clubhouse amenities are accessible to you for no additional charge during your stay!
Please be aware that the clubhouse administration may charge - optional - additional costs for some activities, such as special events, seasonal activities, the renting of sporting goods, or other activities.
The property distance to the main clubhouse is: around 3 minutes walking and 1 minute by car.

This is a self-catering home, items should be brought or bought by the guest, we only offer a complimentary basic starter kit, including:
- One toilet paper per bathroom;
- One small bar soap per bathroom;
- One paper towel per kitchen;
- One trash bag per can.
- One Dish detergent (small);
- One Sponge;
- Laundry detergent (1 load ).
- One Shampoo + One conditioner (Mini)

NOT PROVIDED
Oil, Salt, Pepper or other kind of seasoning and food.
To confirm the reservation, all guests must sign the rental agreement sent by TBVH, and upload a photo of a valid ID, Credit Card, and a selfie holding both documents. Please note that if we don't receive the rental agreement, documents, and payment, your reservation will not be confirmed and it will be canceled within 24 hours after booking.
