First off, I called two weeks before my reservation and inquired about early check in, because I had an early flight. The woman I spoke with told me to call back the day before my reservation and if the room wasn't rented they could lock it for me. I called the day before my reservation and was told they don't do any early check in.
I had reserved airport shuttle transportation, both ways, two weeks before my reservation. I waited with 3 kids over half an hour for transportation from the time I got my luggage and called the hotel. When leaving the hotel it again took over half an hour for a shuttle that was onsite.
We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 and had to wait in the lobby until 4 to check in after an already long day of flying. When stepping off the elevator I noticed immediately the floors were dirty and stained.
In the room, the kitchenette cabinets were dirty on the outside, as well as the fridge. The bathroom floor wasn't clean, there were little hairs and dust build up along the grout of the shower, and the bedsheet had a long black hair in it that didn't belong to anyone in my family. Poor housekeeping
Breakfast was ok. The food was cold, but not bad. They didn't have any sugar free drink options for diabetics.
Pool was closed for no reason.
Room was comfortable, bug free, safe area. I'd stay here again, but there is room for improvement.
