WiFi did not work. Hotel is in a tough area. Front desk lady was very nice but the front desk was closed between 11pm and 7am. Hotel room was clean.

No help after 11 PM, they dont tell you that they have an 11 PM check in deadline and so if you book late, you cant even check in and they just steal your money. No help whatsoever, complete thieves!

The room wasn't the cleanest but it was good enough for the last minute stay I needed. The building looked and smelled like it was nearly abandoned. There was smoking and other unsavory smells all throughout the buildings even though I purchased a non-smoking room. My deposit was kept due to ink on the sheets that was there when I got there. Would not recommend!

The only time I’ve ever been actually completely scammed by a hotel, they promised by email twice my 75 year old father would have access to his room at midnight, the lobby was more than closed it was taped up and in renovations. None of the photos from the Expedia listing match the actual facility. And they refuse to issue a refund. Call center employees rude foreigners that hang up on you. Just a complete scam. 0 stars

I arrived after the lobby was closed and was told i could not check in and its my problem to contact expedia for a refund...I didnt know know there was a time limit on when i could check in and then they refused to reimburse me. So i was stranded in the middle of the night and had to find another hotel.

I did not feel safe staying here. The front desk closes from 11pm to 7am, so when my flight got in late I barely made it on time only to be sent back out to get cash from an ATM for the "cash only" deposit then had to race back to get my room card fixed before closing. I barely made it. Front desk staff couldn't care less. Poorly maintained. TV had no remote so couldn't even use it. People fighting in the lobby. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.

The first issue is that the Expedia listing clearly states that non-smoking rooms are available; however, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that only smoking rooms were available. This was very disappointing and misleading. Additionally, the security deposit must be paid in cash, as they do not accept any other form of payment, which was inconvenient and unexpected. They toom payment at time of booking never mentioned a cash deposit they require but don't have their own ATM,and no wifi upon checkin. signs posted everywhere saying "no visitors" but don't worry because the rooms come with roommates (roaches) I actually gave up one of the nights and just slept in my rental because it felt cleaner. Lady at the desk was nice but definitely had underlying attitude, the only thing they had going for them is the Wawa's nextdoor.

The room itself was fine. The exterior was rough. Parking lot is in massive need of new pavement. There was a lot of broken glass in the parking lot. Front desk people weren't very welcoming. I thought a $50 cash deposit for room damages was unusual. Also, signing a 4 page document which was essentially a stay agreement. To be honest, I was glad I only planned one night there.
