Was switched to a different property without any notice or input. Although they claimed it was an upgrade, I chose the original place based on provided amenities, those amenities were not available at the new location. This pretty much ruined our night routine of gathering in a hot tub and relaxing after a busy day. Management couldn't grasp the concept that having a functional hot tub was important to us, which is why I booked a place that had that (which of course cost more then other options). Place that we were moved to was dirty, non fictional HOT tub, broken dryer, dirty pool, beat up and old kitchen essentials, I used roll of TP in each bathroom, 1 tiny paper towel roll, no dish soap or laundry detergent. It was obvious that pots and pans were not clean. It's customary to have atleast a few extra rolls of TP and a few loads worth of laundry soap and dish soap (you want to encourage people to clean kitchen items). Didn't like the toe nails in the bathtub nor the sticky kitchen table or the exposed carpet tack board on the edges that people kept stepping on. Outside garbage can had easily 2 weeks worth of rotted trash in it which barely gave us enough room to place one bag of our own trash in it. The place had potential, but maintaining things on the cheap side is very obvious. Switching locations and amenities on clients without contacting them is highly unprofessional.
