Sheets on the bed were stained and dirty. Unkept conditions outside of room. Check-in attendant was kind and informative. Room is not worth the price.

The third room choice was clean and comfortable. I think the bathroom floor perimeters needed a good cleaning using a stronger detergent. And it may be time to replace or resurface the tub. The sulfa water odor is noticeable, but the shower worked well. We slept well though the AC unit had a particular whine. There was no other noticeable noise in our room, although we were very near the highway. The room we chose and the beds were nearly equal to some higher end properties that are more than double the cost. The staff was nice and especially accommodating.

This place is a dump. I thought I was staying in a nice place based on the picture of the bedroom, but once I got there I was not comfortable at all. It looked like blood stains in the tub (probably rust) but still that was gross. Then go to turn on the TV only to be required to use my own streaming services.

Looks nothing like the pictures, room has a very moldy smell. I was also dealing with roaches and couldn’t get a room swap.

I checked in, took one look at the room and immediately left. The door to the room was rotten and stuck. I had to nudge the door to get in. The lift stank and there was homeless people. I have never felt so unsafe when I tried for a refund I got nothing back, photo were nothing like the real thing

The sheets were dirty and had a hole in them. The mini fridge had defrosted and left a large puddle underneath. The keyfob doorlock broke and we didnt have a key to our own room for half of our stay. The staff was nice but they didnt do anything. They just said o sry the door is broken. Didnt offer us a deferent room or anything.

The property was disappointing, check in was okay. I arrived at night coming from abroad so I didn't get a good look at the room bc I was very tired. However, I didn't like the aesthetic as soon as I walked in the room. Next morning I went to the front desk to advise that was given a dirty room. It felt like it was not used in a while. Dust was everywhere. The mini fridge was dirty and also the floor. I requested a new room, the manager simply stated that she would have room cleaned. I inquired why they would assign a room when no one checked if it was ready for a guest. She became defensive and took it personally. I found her condescending style insulting. I was booked for seven nights and left after four. There was a no refund under any circumstances policy. I will never stay at a Wyndham property again. It's amazing how they would have there name being attached to a rundown place like that. The place was rusted, old and outdated. The elevator felt like it was going to stop any minute. The so called cold Continental breakfast was a joke.

Upon arriving to Florida from out of state we had checked in early to the hotel. Our room was disgusting! There were flies everywhere, floor was not clean at all, a dead COCKROACH, some type of red substance on the bed cover and a horrific stench that lingered in the room that was killing our heads! That was not just the beginning of it.. we went down and let the office know, to which they moved us to another room. Then the front office came up to our room saying that the room was already booked and needed to find us a new room! Never returned I had to call them to verify after a hour of waiting. This room is a SAFETY HAZARD, the room door you have to basically slam your body into it to get it opened. And when you closed it door you had to truely put all your strength into closing it, plus the bottom corner of the door can be push open WITH YOUR FOOT! Are you kidding me?!?? WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I SWEAR!

Check in was a NIGHTMARE I did my pre check in at 10 AM and I still had to wait in line at 4 pm for our keys. I was not expecting to have to wait in such a long line out the doors of the lobby. Very disappointed in that. But the manager started a new line for all of the people that had already pre checked in. Imo checking in needs to be better organized.

They advertise there's a laundry mat but can't use it. Pool looks beautiful but the whole time the gate was locked and the house keeping the 3 days never came in and picked up the towels and change sheets even after i wrote a message. I'm not satisfied at all. Very disappointed and will probably not come back, especially more than 1 night.
