“What a cute little cottage. So well stocked, and SO clean! Super cozy bed. Good fans and a/c works well. Judy was excellent in responding to questions. Instructions were clearly laid out. “Stay was awesome, Host was very committed to our comfort and very responsive. House wasn’t clean upon check in and our code didn’t work, but he made sure that was fixed within 5 minutes of our arrival! House is good, only moan I would have is the shower could have better water pressure, but even then, it was way cheaper than any hotel in the area and we were about dead center in Tampa the entire time with quick access to everything, there is no parking lot style parking, but the street in the……

“It was a great little place but is a bit run down. There’s broken furniture and the hot tub seemed a bit cloudy”

“Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again.”

“Very beautiful cottage with a view of the lake. Pool was accessible within a couple of footsteps. Very easy checking and host was very attentive and informative.”

“Alot smaller than the pictures made it look but it was in a very quiet area. The outside lights on the walk path didn't work. We had to fight with the hideaway bed to get it out and then couldn't get it back in so had to leave it out the whole trip which took up all the main living space and blocked most of the room. You could tell someone broke/ bent the metal frame and it had black tape on it holding parts of it together. Reached out to the host the first night about the hideaway bed but never……
