“We stayed here with several generations of our family for a family trip to Disney. It was a wonderful trip, the house accommodated our large group well. It was a bit too far to walk to the park unless you are willing to jay walk (we were not) but is very close to the parking structures. The pool and hot tub were a big hit! Beds are comfortable. ”

“We have stayed on Balboa many times at many different properties, and we enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect and super convenient for walking to the ferry and downtown. The bikes were an awesome perk we used daily to explore, and the separate suite up top was perfect for our stay with two families. “While this house is older, it is in a great location for walking to the parks. The game room and pool kept our kids entertained. The washing machine needs to be completely replaced - it is rusted out and our clothes came out dirtier than when they went in. I’ve got the pics to prove it! I called and left a message with the property manager, but didn’t hear back, even though we had another six days at the property so that was extremely disappointing.
