“This adorable cottage attached to the main house was fabulous for my wife and I for 4 nights! It has a little kitchen, space heaters everywhere (us southerners can’t handle the New England winters like we used to!) and was very clean! We have never stayed in an attached rental before and I would say we would be open to exploring more because of our experience! ”

“This property is so beautiful, spacious, and felt like home. My family and I spent Christmas here and I made Christmas dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, ect, even had a potato masher. There was a nice coffee bar and extra linens, pillows, and blankets which I always appreciate. “Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers) needed an affordable place to stay near Westport for 3 nights. This place was great. So much better than any other option we could find. Friendly, helpful host. Bathroom and second bedroom are "cozy" (small)...not an issue for us but it could be for some. Other rooms are a good sizes. Overall, we are really glad we found this place and we'll likely stay here again next time we are in town.”

“Surely, a home away from the home.. Sabrina, is an excellent host, always reachable and forthcoming in case of need. We requested her for an early check-in, which was granted without any fuss. The apartment was spik and span, absolutely spotless, the linen clean and the floor exuded good vibes. The kitchen was stocked well with the utensils, needed for our prolonged stay. The washroom was clean, necessary articles available. The bath towels also stocked well in numbers and cleanliness. Washing……

“We were in New Haven for my grandson's graduation from UNH. The location was perfect. We got a good nights' rest and were off to UNH. The hostess was easy to communicate with and very responsive. A perfect little place for 3 or 4 people.”

“Last morning of my son's stay the family woke to find the house in flood water and his car, parked in the designated parking space, submerged to the windows in sea water. The tow truck couldn't get near, and the family was marooned for 5 hours until the water suddenly vanished: it seems the storm drains the property were blocked. The car was totaled. Host was slow to realize the gravity of the flood and concerned only that she had another family arriving: she said it was an act of God, not her……

“The apartment was spacious, clean, walking distance from cafes and a gourmet market. The beds were very comfortable. A few suggestions, add more seating to the living room, pick up fluffy soft white towels from IKEA that can be washed and don't fade. Add towel rack or hooks in bathroom. Add a coat rack for living room Thanks again we enjoyed our stay! , ”
