“This cottage is a short walk from the town square. The property has grills and a hot tub. There are areas to hang out both indoors and out. The property is fun to explore. Our infant slept soundly in the bedroom while we played cards outside or sat in the hot tub. The hot tub is within range for our video baby monitor. Some board games would be a nice addition to this space. This is a nice spot to relax and would be a great space for gatherings - particularly if you could snag other spots on……

“Our family rented this home on a functioning horse property as an alternative to camping in the Jawbone Canyon/Dove Springs off road riding area over thanksgiving week. It is just a 20 minute drive to the gate for day trips. We weren’t looking for glamorous accommodations but a place that could hold 3 families and had trailer parking for the off road vehicles and this worked perfectly. Owner is easy to work with and responsive . Would definitely return! ”

“Great place for a small family reunion. Clean and beautiful patio area. It would have been helpful to have some information on how certain things work or turn on but not a biggie. Also it was a shock to have no bathroom door on a room that 6 people can share upstairs l”

“We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. Thank you again for all of the fun!”

“House is huge!! Has almost everything you need! We stayed over the thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time ! Hot tub was 😍!!! I didn't have a chance to use the bathtub but was fairly clean and looked very inviting. Back yard was big and had a nice size bbq and pretty lightning. Yard was fenced and will hold up against smaller dogs. My children had a blast in the game room ! TV, pingpong table darts and a full size pool table !!! Clean up list was very minimal and easy to accomplish! I……
