"This was a beautiful home set in the nicest town. Our first trip to NY and this was the best part of it all. "This was a perfect place for a group of 6 adults to stay as part of a long weekend for a canoe race. Oneonta is a great little town. From this house, we could walk into town in 10 minutes to enjoy dinner. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was fabulous about communications and letting us know the house was on a fairly steep hill. Would definitely come back!"

"We rented this property for five families attending CASV. We checked in and left within 1 hour and had to scramble to get the last hotel rooms available. The property is severely neglected. Porcelain is missing in the bathtubs with mold present all over the shower curtains. Our sheets were soiled and had hair and dirt covering them and the mattress pad.
