This was our second time staying at this hotel and astounded at the quality difference over the span of a year ago. The sheets were not on the bed properly, the outlet in the bathroom did not work, both covers would not secure to the AC units (quite the hazard for my toddler), the black out curtains were not put on properly so they would not close all the way, and the kitchen cabinet door was falling off. When in the lobby retrieving our food delivery, we overheard the night time manager conversing with a desk clerk telling them to making sure certain doors were locked due to the the frequent issue of people sneaking in and smoke weed and doing crack in the stairwells. It was quite a shock to hear st the least. To end it, we were also very disappointed in fact that we had to pay for parking during our stay.

The hotel and staff was just all around amazing, I couldn’t ask for a better and nicer place to stay. I love how they have little things happening on Wednesday nights for about an hour to hour in a half with snacks and drinks and just got to sit in socialize with others and not only breakfast option was always different besides the waffles (maybe pancakes would be great or fresh fruit options too, but that’s just me being picky now lol) but THERE ISNT ANYTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THIS HOTEL. Will definitely be booking when we come back to Omaha .

They had no cable TV the three days we were there. I went to the front desk on Friday night and asked and the guy said they were working on it. The next night went back down and I had to interrupt him for messing around on his phone watching videos. I asked again about it and he said yep no tv and it’s so annoying. Stayed for 2 nights for quick weekend trip. No cable/tv the entire time we were there, had to get our room key reprogrammed 3 different times, and the breakfast was not that great. Sheets wouldn’t fit the bed and kept coming off and they were dirty on the corners of the sheet (dried something, not stained). Staff were super nice and wonderful. This hotel was conveniently located and we loved having the 2br suite with kitchenette. Unfortunately we found the pool area quite dirty. Luckily we stayed so busy with Omaha's amazing parks and playgrounds we hardly had time to swim anyway. Also seiously annoying were the sheets not large enough to fit beds and we stuggled to put sheets back on bed every day. Good but wish it was better.

Fan in the bedroom didn’t work. Had to pay for parking which is ridiculous. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Runny/watery scrambled eggs, sausage was burnt terribly and there was no bacon?!? Pastries were dried out and crust. Staff could barely speak English running the breakfast and acted like a huge inconvenience when I asked for more coffee to be made.

I’m honestly not sure where to start. This is our second time staying at this property and the first time was great. Thus, why we came back. However, this time it was awful. - paying for parking - why am I paying $15/night? My vehicle was broken into by the local trash. If you’re going to charge for parking you need to at least have some sort of reassurance that ppl aren’t going to rummage through our stuff. And yes, the car was locked. - the bathtub backed up when we showered so we were standing in at least 6 inches of water while showering. Super disgusting. - the toilet didn’t flush on the first try. You had to hold it down to make it work. - the thermostat didn’t work. It was either too hot or literally an ice box in there. - the “free” breakfast. Truly gross. The eggs were runny and tasteless. - the lack of towels after housekeeping cleaned our room. We then went down to the front desk and there weren’t enough towels for all of us. We reserved a room that slept 6, documented that 6 people would be there at the time of the reservation and there were still not enough towels for us. The icing on the cake was when we left yesterday morning. It was 6:30 am when we came downstairs with our stuff on a cart. It’s sleeting and freezing cold. With 4 small children we decided to pull around to the front under the covering to protect them while getting into the car. But we couldn’t actually do that bc the front desk person’s black Jeep Cherokee was parked there.
