We offer an independent studio, perfect for two people (refurbished in 2021), located on the lower floor of a family home. You will have a private outdoor space, protected by an elegant canopy (sail), where you can enjoy meals, read a book or simply enjoy the peaceful and serene environment of an adjacent green space. Independent access to the studio (through a side gate, with ramp). Only the outer access area is shared.

Inside the studio, you'll find a variety of storage solutions. It has a silent Fujitsu air conditioner (Cooling Energy Class A++), a 32” LG Smart TV (more than 100 digital channels), a Sharp XL-B520D hi-fi sound system, which can be connected to 1 smartphone, a portable outdoor Energy Sistem speaker with IP67 protection and Bluetooth 5.0 (so you can listen to music while taking a shower) and free access to the Wi-Fi network.
Our kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook and enjoy meals, including a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.

But we don't stop there. We are committed to environmental sustainability and therefore our studio is cleaned and sanitized with vegan products and all available utensils are ecologically correct. In addition, we will take care of the proper disposal of garbage in public containers.

Oh! If you're thinking about washing your clothes after a day at the beach, there's no problem. You will have a TEKA TK5 1060 EXP washing machine at your disposal. Detergent for the first washes will be provided.

As for parking, you will have access to a quiet car park, located just 40 meters from the studio, ensuring the convenience of leaving your car in a reliable place.

The place is exactly as described. Everything that is needed for a comfortable stay is there. Nelson and Paula are wonderful people, very helpful in making suggestions for day trips and sightseeing, Nelson sends us all information right down to google map. He took us on a tour around town on our first day. We were lucky that on our last day at Olhao, Nelson had to go to Faro, he very generously offered to give us a ride to the bus station. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nélson, der Vermieter, ist mega nett, zuvorkommend und ist immer bemüht den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu gestalten. Er hat uns sogar seine Dachterrasse mit Fernsehraum zur Verfügung gestellt, damit wir in aller Ruhe die Deutschlandspiele schauen konnten. Er kennt sich sehr gut aus und hat uns so manche tolle Infoseite gesendet, für coole Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés oder Märkte...alles war dabei. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da. Er hat uns sehr herzlich und familiär aufgenommen. Das Häuschen war klein aber fein. Es war alles notwendige da. Sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich war ordentlich und angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Excellent Stay
Nelson and Paula are the most perfect hosts, happy to help but also show respect and privacy. Accommodation is modern, clean and everything one or two people would require. Easy 15 min Uber from Faro Airport. 15 min walk to train station and cheap tickets to Tavira (and Tavira Island with amazing beach)and Fuseta, both a must see. 20 mins brisk walk to front in Olhao. Bus service available but i like to walk. Ferry to one of the islands from Olheo also not to be missed. Olhao is a beautiful fishing town. All in all a beautiful, relaxing holiday. Thank you Nelson and Paula.

Fantastic stay! Exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided and our hosts were always on hand with advice and suggestions for places to visit. They were both very friendly and very careful to protect our privacy. Communication with them was very easy.

Avoiding the Scottish winter
As a solo traveller this was perfect accommodation. Communication from the outset was both reliable and informative. I met both Nelson and Paula on day 1 but most of my communication/contact was through Nelson who had a good grasp of the English language to help me. Both however were lovely and Paula’s English was impressive. Nelson was extremely generous with his time and support offering me suggestions where to visit and ride my bike on a daily basis. He was most sincere and a joy to chat to when not busy. Both were very respectful of my privacy. The accommodation was completely as described. It was super clean and I could not find fault with anything. Great location for exploring on foot or by train. They both have a genuine intent to offer the best of holidays for guests. Highly recommended. If I return to Portugal, I would not look beyond staying with the best hosts again.

My sister and I stayed one night in this cute apartment. It is snug, but had everything we needed. We met Nelson and Paula, who welcomed us with information about what was close by. Easy walk into Olhao, which had restaurants, bakeries, shops, and a park along the harbour. A nice visit.

Lovely studio with amazing hosts
Our stay at this little studio was wonderful. The apartment is small but well equipped so there is everything you need. The outside area is quite big and comfy. We have had a great time in Olhão. We are still impressed by the hospitality from the hosts. They made the stay perfect by providing many and detailed suggestions for day trips around the area and by offering to help whereever they could! They even spoiled us with regional specialities.
