“Let us start by saying the staff and Hotel are very helpful clean and quite modern. The Hotel once we found it was very central to the old Town Bars And Tapas Bars stroke Alley. the room itself was clean and big enough for us with plenty of hangers and places to put your clothes. It also had a good shower with a good water supply. The Breakfast was very good. With a small selection on a fry up and sc rambled eggs loads of different cakes and cereals. “Stayed at the avenida for a friends 70 birthday we requested rooms with a balcony overlooking the pedestrian pavements which we recieved.Check in was quick and staff very friendly hotel has just reopened after refirbisment our rooms were lovely and white and airy,beds were proper divans so comfy,towels changed daily.The food and drink were excellent we went a.inclusive.Right bang in the centre of old town one street away from sea front.Cabaret shows and music is geared up for the spanish but……

“Superbe vue, super chambre propre les dames de ménages au petit soin, vraiment au top. Laisse a désirer leur stationnement de parking dans un autre garage, info fausse ou incomplete. Je n avais plus acces a ma voiture durant toute une nuit.ce qui ma valu prendre taxi pour me deplacé et le payer bien sur. Ils ont fait un geste sur ma proche nuit seulement apres beauxoup de negociation. Pour une chambre paye 300e/nuit je pense quil aurait pu proposer d eux meme de faire un geste.”

“Booked a room months before staying . Asked for a balcony , didn’t get . Very frustrated to have to pay extra for the safe , AND the mini fridge . The cleaner thought it was acceptable to enter the room at 8am ! On Two occasions !! After having a very loud conversation outside the room !!! Not really acceptable . The price should include all services ( fridge and safe - put the price up if you need to ) Honour the request by the traveller or tell them it’s occupied at the time of booking ! Will……
