「Receptionist was most unfriendly to the point of ignorance. The room price demanded on arrival was 50% more than advertised on the website. When this was pointed out he just asked if I had a booking - if not then this was the only price available. I refused to pay extra, went online and booked through an agency for the advertised price and went to the desk again with my booking confirmation. He slapped the paperwork, passport and room key on the desk, pointed to the sky and turned his back on...

「This is a secluded mountain location. The staff are friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food, it is a must if you are staying her to try the restaurant. There is a spa which I didn’t use. 」

「Great are , close restaurants, walking to historical area. Nonparking that was a minus, had to walk 15 mins to closest parking which it was great walk, but prefer if they had parking.」

「Well located hotel in the heart of Vitoria-Gasteiz's Old Town, minutes walk from the train station. Ane on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The Art Deco staircase was a real highlight and memorable feature.」
