I reserved our room online with our bank card, with the option to pay differntly at check in. At check in, I gave the lady a credit card to pay. She checked us in and we asked for a receipt. She said she was unable to print one and would email me a copy. The toilet seat was crooked in our bathroom and off to one side a couple inches. Next morning we took showers and it was very dangerous. The tub was narrow and sloped in towards the middle way more than any tub I have seen. It made standing very hard and slippery, as the flat center was so narrow due to the sides sloping so much. We checked out, asked about the receipt that we hadnt received yet and the other lady said she would email it to me. A few days later I got a text saying I had low funds in my checking account. I looked and the $170 had been taken out of my account for our stay. They used my bank card that I reserved the room with. Now I am wondering if they double charged me using both cards. Also, I never received an emailed receipt. So I called the hotel front desk to see about the billing. I told the guy everything, he checked and said only my bank card was charged, but they did have the credit card on file. He appoligized for them charging the wrong card and asked if there was anything else he could do. I told him that I never received an emailed receipt, he checked and the lady never put my email in the system after giving it to her. He asked again if he could help with anything else. Terrible service!
