“Our family of four had a fantastic stay. The location is great for Hilton Head, the condo had plenty of space and was clean. The property is beach front, but the condo is not. (Clarifying for those that may not have realized the difference.) But the walk to the beach was only a few minutes and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Would definitely recommend!”

“Great little condo with everything you need. Great location to explore Hilton Head and a short drive to Savannah. The onsite amenities are great especially the indoor pool for the kids.”

“We stayed at the condo for Spring Break. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back.”

“We have stayed at this clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated villa now four times, and will be counting the days until we can visit again. The view of the ocean and location to Coligny Plaza cannot be beat! A true gem.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head! The condo was close to everything it was a perfect weekend getaway.The only negative comment I have is the downstairs neighbor smokes cigarettes and there was sometimes a lingering smell in the unit, it was not overwhelming, but it was noticeable.”

“This unit was super clean and larger than usual for a one-bedroom, also with two full baths. It is set back in the courtyard but we still enjoyed the ocean view from there. The underneath parking is very convenient as well as the quick walk to the beach past the nice pool area. The mid island location in Palmetto Dunes is ideal for on site amenities and accessing local restaurants. After 15+ years of visiting HHI this is probably our favorite unit so far.”

“Our stay at this rental on Coligny Beach was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach and within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. The convenience made our trip so relaxing, as we didn’t have to worry about driving everywhere.The rental was well-equipped with everything we needed for the beach, including towels, chairs, and a wagon, which made our beach days effortless. The space was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a beach getaway.”
